Warranty Coverage

All jewellery sold by Jenima.in includes a 15-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

🔧 What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken clasp, stone falling off, or finishing issues)
  • Defective or damaged item received on delivery

⚠️ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage, scratches, or dents caused after delivery
  • Damage due to water, perfume, or sweat exposure
  • Normal wear and tear or mishandling
  • Any modification or repair by an unauthorized party

🛠️ Warranty Claim Process

  1. Record a parcel opening video upon receiving your order.
  2. Report any issues within the warranty period along with:
    • Order number
    • Clear video proof showing the defect
  3. Once verified, we will arrange pickup and replacement at no cost.
  4. Replacement dispatch within 7 working days after approval.

🕐 Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, repair or replacement requests cannot be processed.
