1. How long does it take to deliver my order?
We usually process and dispatch orders within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday). Once shipped, your order will reach you within 3–7 working days depending on your location and courier partner.
2. Do you ship all over India?
Yes! We deliver to almost every location in India using reliable courier partners such as Xpressbees, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, EcomExpress, and Bluedart.
3. What are your shipping charges?
We offer Free Prepaid Shipping on orders above ₹299. For orders below ₹299, a shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders above ₹499, with a small COD handling fee of ₹49.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or Email. You can use it to check your parcel’s live status on the courier website.
6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped. Please contact us on WhatsApp or email support@jenima.in for assistance. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
7. What if my product is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please record a parcel opening video and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
8. Do your Products come with a warranty?
Yes! All Products come with a 15-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Physical damage or misuse is not covered.
9. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong items received. A valid parcel opening video is mandatory. Refunds are available only if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
10. I changed my mind after ordering. Can I get a refund?
If your order has not been shipped, we’ll issue a 100% refund to your original payment method. Once shipped, refunds cannot be processed.
11. Are my payment details secure?
Yes, all payments are processed via SSL-encrypted gateways. We never store your card, UPI, or banking details.
