1. How do you ship your products?

We partner with some of the most trusted courier companies to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your orders. Our courier partners include:

2. How soon do you ship my order?

All orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed and shipped within 0–1 working days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

3. Can you guarantee delivery time?

While we make every effort to deliver your order within 5–7 working days, delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier logistics. External factors like weather or transportation delays are beyond our control.

4. What do you mean by working day?

A working day means Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Courier companies usually do not operate on these non-working days.

5. Do you provide open box delivery?

No, open box delivery is currently not available. However, all our shipments are well-packed and insured. Please record a parcel opening video to claim any damage or missing items.

6. I need urgent delivery tomorrow. Can you deliver?

Currently, we do not offer express or same-day delivery. However, we ship most prepaid orders within 24 hours to ensure you receive them at the earliest possible time.

7. My parcel is delayed according to the courier tracking. What should I do?

Don’t worry! Sometimes, courier updates may be delayed. Please allow 2–3 additional working days. You can also contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll coordinate with the courier partner for a quick resolution.

8. My parcel is delayed according to the courier tracking. Can I cancel the order?

Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible once an order is shipped. However, if the parcel is undelivered or returned to us, we will initiate a refund (for prepaid orders) after confirming the return status.
