At Jenima.in (Anima Lifestyle), we value your trust and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and replacement terms carefully before placing your order.
1. How to Cancel an Order
All orders placed on www.jenima.in are usually dispatched within 24 hours. You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Damaged on Arrival
We take full responsibility for products damaged during transit. To process a damage claim, please follow these steps:
- A parcel opening video is mandatory to claim any โdamaged on arrivalโ issues.
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- Send the parcel opening video and details via WhatsApp or email to our support team.
- Once we verify your claim, we will arrange a pickup and send a replacement product at no extra cost.
3. Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty)
All our products come with a 15-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or product misuse.
- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange pickup and send a replacement within 7 working days after claim approval.
- Please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp for warranty-related assistance.
4. Buyer Changed Their Mind
If the buyer wishes to cancel an order before dispatch, we offer a 100% refund of the order value. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot offer a refund for change-of-mind cases.
This policy does not apply to any customized or special items.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges once an order has been delivered. Each product is verified and packed carefully before dispatch.
6. Wrong Product Delivered
We take complete responsibility if a wrong product is delivered. To claim a replacement:
- A parcel opening video is mandatory as proof.
- Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with the video proof and order details.
- After verifying the issue, we will arrange pickup and send the correct product at our cost.
7. Returned Parcels (Customer Not Accepted)
In case of prepaid orders returned to us because the customer did not accept the delivery, we will deduct return shipping charges and refund the remaining amount.
