At Jenima.in (Anima Lifestyle), customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we offer refunds only in limited cases as outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds only in case the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We do not offer refunds if you are unable to use the product, or if you simply do not like the product after delivery.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: A parcel opening video is mandatory to process any claim related to damaged or wrong items received.

3. Buyer Changed Their Mind

We do not offer refunds or cancellations if a buyer simply changes their mind after placing an order. Please ensure that you wish to purchase the product before submitting your order.

Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with Jenima.in (Anima Lifestyle) to purchase all items in that order.

4. Parcel Returned to Us (“Customer Not Accepted”)

In case of prepaid orders that are returned to us because the customer did not accept delivery, we will deduct return shipping charges from the total amount and refund the remaining balance.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. Each purchase is considered final once the order is processed and shipped.

6. Refund Process

If your order has not been dispatched, please contact us immediately for cancellation and refund assistance. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please note, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact us again.
